All residents should be familiar with the HOA Covenants and Restrictions (available here), which help maintain the look and feel of our community. If you're planning any changes to the exterior of your home, you must submit your plans to the Design Review Committee (DRC) for approval before starting any work. The DRC has broad discretion, so it's important to get approval early to ensure your project aligns with community guidelines.
Please note that the Design Review Committee and the Board of Directors do not have the authority to change, alter, or amend the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs). Our role is solely to enforce these guidelines as they are written to maintain the integrity of our community.
