Welcome to The Lakes at Hunters Glen! Please note that all homes within our neighborhood are part of a mandatory Homeowners Association (HOA) and are subject to annual dues.

HOA Dues

• Annual dues are $295 per fiscal year

• Our fiscal year runs from October 1 through September 30

• There is no transfer fee for properties within The Lakes at Hunters Glen
